Keep Parkinson's moving for you.

ZeroPD is a pilot app for people who have recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. It helps you do a short movement check once a week, notice change over time and take that picture to your doctor.

ZeroPD is a pilot, not a finished medical product. It does not diagnose, it does not recommend medication and it does not replace your neurologist or your own judgement.

What the app does

  • A weekly check of about ten minutes: a few simple movement tests on your phone and a short list of questions about how you have felt.
  • A personal history that shows how your results move from week to week, so small changes become visible.
  • A summary you can export and show to your doctor.
  • Gentle reminders, only if you ask for them.

Why it exists

ZeroPD is the companion to a book, the Zero Progression Protocol, that explains in plain language what the research says about slowing Parkinson's: movement, sleep, food, medication timing and stress. The app helps you see whether the things you change are making a difference for you.

The pilot

We are starting with a small, free pilot of five to ten people for four months. Participants are adults with Parkinson's in Europe and the United States. During the pilot we are testing whether the weekly check is easy to do, easy to understand and useful to the person doing it.

Taking part is voluntary. You choose what to share, you can leave at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data from inside the app or by writing to us. How we handle your information is described in the privacy notice.

If you would like to take part, write to [email protected] and tell us roughly where you live. We will reply with the next steps.
